Pharmacy Home Care was established in 2013 by Jeff Wolfenden who saw a need in the Chattanooga area for a service-oriented packaging pharmacy. He was growing tired of hearing stories about how impersonal pharmacy could be with a home patient and facility interaction. He opened Pharmacy Home Care to fill that service gap and provide top notch, personal customer service to everyone, either at home or at a facility.
Pharmacy Home Care is affiliated with Crawford’s Pharmacy in Cleveland, TN and Madison Avenue Pharmacy in Athens, TN.
